We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Delivery and re-delivery shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, in its original packaging and have the receipt or proof of purchase. As our products are personal care items hygiene requirements make them non-returnable if packaging has been opened.

To start a return, please send proof of purchase and an explanation for your returns request addressing the eligibility criteria above to If your return request meets basic requirements you will be invited to send in the product with proof of purchase for a full assessment to PO Box 392, Trinity Beach, Qld 4879. Once your return is received and inspected, we will email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Late or missing refunds
If you have been notified that your refund was approved but you have not received the refund yet, please follow the steps below.

  1. Check your bank account again.
    2. Next contact your bank or credit card company as it may take time for your institution to process your refund.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please follow the returns process and title your request as a 'return - exchange'.


Instructions for shipping your return or exchange items will be provided through the returns process outlined under ‘returns’.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, delivery times for your exchanged product may vary.

When shipping return or exchange items, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
